The approval and adoption of this series of crowns by the Supreme Board of Trustees at its 1983 Supreme Session Meeting, as Official for the International Order of Job's Daughters, came only after extensive design and tooling development by Doc Morgan Inc.

The design updating now affords the Order truly exclusive and meaningfully symbolic crowns with the Official Emblem, symbol of the respective station, Lily-of-the-Valley motif, all embellished with purple and white stones.
