Due to the probability of fluctuation in the world precious metal markets, we must maintain the following surcharge schedule according to the market price of material on the day the order is sent.
Please be aware that World Precious Metal Markets have been increasing dramatically. Although changes in the cost of precious metal is beyond our control, we are taking action to maintain the best pricing on all Job's Daughters merchandise. When you next order any items produced in Gold Filled or 10K Gold, please call to get the current unit price from us.
|Procedure for Calculating Surcharges-|
|1-For easy calculation of correct surcharge, (a) group and list GF, 10K and 14K items using current price list unit prices and extend in the regular manner, (b) add them together to determine the basic total amount for those items in the gold category, (c) Based on the market price of that day, determine the applicable percentage of surcharge (from the gold surcharge schedule), (d) multiply the basic total amount times that percentage and add it to the order in the amount column.
2-(a) Follow the same procedure for sterling silver and vermeil items, (b) use the silver surcharge schedule to determine the percentage.
3-All bronze, gold electroplate, rhodium plate, and silver plated categories are exempt from the surcharge schedule, as are all non-jewelry items.
4-Market prices of gold and silver may be obtained from your local newspaper, radio, television, bank, commodities broker or by calling our main office after 12 o'clock (noon) Central Standard time at (630) 584-9414.
5-Since further fluctuations are likely during the few days your order is in transit, our Order Processing Department will evaluate your order on the basis of the post mark date of your order. Any fluctuations beyond that date will be absorbed mutually in the interest of utilizing the surcharge schedule to arrive at a reasonably equitable and workable solution to the volatility of world material markets.
|3.||When ordering: accuracy, legibility, and completeness of all details will avoid unnecessary delays or errors. Supply daytime phone number with all orders.|
|4.||Shipping schedule: allow 4 weeks (from date, order is received until date shipped) or 8 weeks for Rings, and items requiring Bethel Number, Title, State, etc.|
$7.00 minimum shipping fee on all orders under $100.00. All orders over $100.00 will have a shipping fee of 7% on the basic amount only. This allows for Ground Transportation or 1st Class Mail. “Express” shipping methods are available for additional charges; please contact our office for a quote. Shipping outside of the continental United States may have additional charges, please contact our office for exact amounts.
|6.||Partial Shipments: When requested for those items available for shipment ahead of regular schedule, an additional BASIC SHIPPING FEE (7% of basic order) $7.00 minimum must be included.|
|7.||Inspect contents promptly upon receipt of shipment. "Partial" or "Complete" shipment will be indicated.|
|8.||Report any damaged shipment to carrier immediately and retain carton for possible Claims Inspection or Settlement.|
|9.||Notify Doc Morgan Inc within 15 days after receipt of shipment for any claim of damaged or missing article(s).|

Doc Morgan Inc., by Contractual Agreement with the Supreme Board of Trustees, is fully authorized to produce, have produced, distribute and/or sell the Official Jewelry and Accessories offered in this online or the printed catalog. Any jewelry of the official designs and any other items of merchandise that bears the emblem which is offered for sale in any unauthorized manner should not be purchased by a loyal member of the Order.
When you purchase from the Official Supplier, you are assured that the emblems are faithfully reproduced, that quality standards are maintained in all product lines, and you are helping deter the unauthorized reproduction of your emblem on inappropriate items.
Royalty income is received by the Order from sales of Official Jewelry and Accessories by Doc Morgan Inc., and it is used by the Grand and Supreme Councils in maintaining and promoting the growth and welfare of Job's Daughters. On the other hand, any profits made by unauthorized manufacturers and sellers would benefit only themselves.
The normal schedule for shipment of most orders will be within four weeks from receipt of order with complete information and payment. Eight weeks may be needed for rings and items that require personalization such as State or Province Name, Bethel Number, Grand or Supreme Title, etc. Although many orders will be voluntarily shipped in less time when stock is available, it is suggested that you anticipate your requirements in keeping with this schedule, allowing additional time for mail and shipment transit.

Official Jewelry and Accessories Catalogues, Price Books and Order Forms are supplied by Doc Morgan Inc., but are distributed by the Executive Manager, Supreme Guardian Council, International Order of Job's Daughters, 233 West 6th Street, Papillion, Nebraska 68046. Additional Order Forms are available from that office on request.
